Our journey began in 2004 in Altbüron, Switzerland, as a family business called Global GmbH. Through substantial investment, we developed and professionalised our business. Since 2007, we have continued our journey as Derman Kebap Produktions AG.

During this successful development, the number of companies in our sector grew from five to more than twenty. In an increasingly competitive market, investments of more than five million Swiss francs and further ongoing investment continue to strengthen our position as a leading brand.
